God used Brother Bruce Howell in a mighty way: igniting faith and repentance, healing, and restoration. "Can I believe it?" was the title of a message filled with eye witness testimony of what the Lord Jesus had done. About 20 individuals were BORN AGAIN: filled with the Holy Ghost and baptized in the only saving name of Jesus Christ.
Right before being filled with the Spirit of God, one young man, with a big smile on his face said: "I don't know what this is, but I feel something!" ... A few minutes later the presence of Jesus Christ that he felt on the outside made itself at home on the inside, and the young man began to speak with other tongues as the Spirit gave the utterance.
